Returns Policy

At Selfcare Goddess, we prioritize hygiene and the safety of our customers. Due to the nature of our handcrafted personal care products, we have a strict return policy:

• ​Unopened Items: You may return any unopened, unused product in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• ​Hygiene Rule: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
• ​Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a leaking bottle) or you received the wrong product, please contact us at : [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will replace it or issue a refund immediately at no cost to you.
• ​Refund Process: Once your unopened return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
